• All original packaging, dust bag and tags are included
• Proof of purchase is provided

Non-returnable

Final-sale items, gift cards, and items damaged through misuse are not eligible.

Process

Contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will confirm the return address. Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval and issue the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos and we will cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.
